1. What exactly is The Lost & Found Post?

It’s not a subscription box. It’s not a love letter service.
It’s a handwritten, wax-sealed truth you didn’t know you needed—until it showed up at your door.

2. Can I send a letter to someone else?

Yes. You can send a letter directly to someone else.
You’ll choose the topic and format—we’ll take care of the rest.

3. What if I don’t know which letter to pick?

We’ve got you. Use the “Start Here” button to walk through a few quick questions. It’ll guide you to what you’re probably looking for—even if you don’t have the words yet.

4. Do you take custom requests?

Absolutely. If there's something you need said—something that has to be said—we’ll help you get it there. Just select the “Custom Letter” option.

5. Is this anonymous?

Completely. No one will know who sent it unless you want them to. We never include billing info or promotional crap inside the envelope.

6. How long does it take to ship?

Each letter is handwritten, sealed, and sent within 3–5 business days.

7. What if I need a letter in a language other than English?

Right now, all handwritten letters are written in English.
But we’re actively working on ways to expand accessibility—including audio versions, translated transcripts, and braille options—so that more people can experience these letters in a way that feels real and personal.
It’s not ready yet, but it’s on the way.

8. Do the letters come with anything else?

The letters are the gift.
